This place has service down to an art. The drinks were being filled faster than I could down them. At one point I had two full glasses in front of me. It was my first time there with few of my colleagues and they absolutely nailed it. I ordered Hibachi vegetables, spring rolls and fried rice and all of them were cooked to perfection. My colleagues ordered few hibachi shrimp/chicken items and some sushi rolls and they savored every bit and bite of their food too. Overall a very nice place in a convenient location.

Came here for dinner with a couple of friends last week after work. After hearing from a couple co-workers on how this place has been under new management for about a year or so, we concluded with this place over Chilis who is next door.
I am glad to see this establishment is spending on renovations that was much needed since I last been about 4 years ago. Diego was super friendly and informative on the new menu and made it easy for us to choose what we wanted. Our Hibachi chef was friendly and entertaining. Only reason I did not leave a 5 star was due to a bit more renovations it needs. Good news is they are working on it from what the manager told me. I will definitely be coming back.
I suggest you request Diego as your server, he is very attentive and can definitely help you out with your taste bud selection. I suggest you get the filet & shrimp. That's what I had and it definitely did not disappoint.

I have to start off by saying that this place looks a LOT run down, not a little run down, but a LOT run down. This place needs a freakin makeover. It's seen better days, I'm sure, inside and out.
Secondly, the service was freakin slow. It's not like this place was packed either.
Thirdly, the chef was lousy for a Hibachi style restaurant. He over salted the veggies and he had no pizzazz. Strike two for Charlotte!! The first strike was Zack's Hamburgers. -

I came in with my friend from Africa who never had hibachi before. I was looking for a specific person to cook for us (Diego) but he move up to be a manager. Diego has some of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I mentioned that I needed a great cook and he provided one for us. Diego thank you for behind amazing !
Everyone please go take a seat at Kabuto's on Tyvola. Food is amazing as well as customer service. -

Great food and great service there was even a magician!!!!!!! The waiter was super sweet and the chief was awesome enjoyed the show
